How will I receive my prizes?

Blogshop e-vouchers will be emailed to winners within 2 weeks of winning.
Spenders’ prizes will be mailed to your address within 2 weeks of winning (Watsons & Don Don Donki purchases).
For Shopee & TikTok Shop purchases, spenders’ prizes will be packed and mailed together with your order package.

Can I redeem more than 1 Spenders’ Prize?

Each customer is entitled to 1 Spenders’ Prize only.

If you spend above $50, you will receive the Tumbler only (Foldable Bag not included).
Multiple redemptions are not allowed on the same receipt. However, participants who make multiple separate purchases that each meet the minimum spend requirement may be eligible for more than one redemption, subject to stock availability.

How does the Top Spender’s Prize work?

All Hello Diane purchases must be within 1 single receipt. We will consider the highest single receipt amount submitted.
Multiple receipts cannot be combined.

Are prizes exchangeable or redeemable for cash?

No, all prizes are non-exchangeable and non-redeemable for cash.

How do I know if Spenders’ Prizes are still available?

We will update the inventory status weekly on the giveaway site (Stocks available/Low stock/Fully Redeemed)
Prizes are on a first come, first serve basis.

Can I still join the Lucky Draw if I already redeemed a Spenders’ Prize?

Yes! Customers who redeem a Spenders’ Prize are still eligible for the Lucky Draw Giveaway.
Likewise, if you didn’t manage to redeem a Spenders’ Prize, you are still encouraged to submit your receipt to enter the Lucky Draw.
